Crown Logistics Partners with LSCM to Enhance Automation and End-to-End Visibility in Hong Kong's Global Supply Chain Hub

Partnership will leverage the Port Community System (PCS) to develop next-generation digital solutions, reinforcing Hong Kong's status as a leading global trade hub.

Hong Kong, November 28, 2025 – Crown Logistics, a leading provider of tech-driven logistics solutions, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM) recently to collaborate on the development and integration of advanced automation and visibility tools using Hong Kong’s Port Community System (PCS).

The collaboration will focus on integrating Crown Logistics’ proprietary platform, CrownCompass, with the PCS ecosystem. The primary goal is to create a seamless, transparent, and highly efficient data pipeline that automates processes from the port to the end consumer, eliminating traditional paper-based and siloed systems that cause delays and increase costs.

Key initiatives of the MOU include:

  • Enhanced Real-Time Visibility: Provide Crown Logistics and its clients with real-time tracking of shipments as they move through the Port of Hong Kong and beyond.

  • Process Automation: Creating automated workflows for customs declarations, cargo release, and trucker assignments, significantly reducing administrative overhead and potential for human error.

Crown Logistics Regional Assistant General Manager, Ms. Suki Cheung stated, “The signing of MOU is a significant milestone for Crown Logistics and for the future of smart logistics in Hong Kong. Our partnership with LSCM to harness the power of the Port Community System will be transformative. By integrating our CrownCompass platform with the PCS, we are taking a giant leap forward in providing our clients with unprecedented supply chain predictability, control, and efficiency. We are not just adapting to the future; we are actively building it.”

The ALMAC x LSCM Maritime Summit 2025 recently underscored the critical role of the PCS as a public-private digital platform to connect stakeholders across the supply chain. This MOU positions Crown Logistics at the forefront of this digital transformation.

“This collaboration with Crown Logistics exemplifies the kind of industry innovation that the PCS was designed to enable,” said LSCM Chief Executive Officer Mr. Simon Wong. “By working with forward-thinking partners, we can accelerate the adoption of digital technologies that enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong’s entire logistics sector.”
