Crown Logistics has been serving FANCL since 2000. The relationship encompasses complete logistics services for their Greater China operation including warehouse management, inventory management and value added services.

With the growth in e-commerce, the relationship has further developed and now includes the management of daily orders for home delivery, supporting replenishment for 178 Point-Of-Sell (POS) and regional distribution throughout China.

Crown Logistics in Shanghai is well-positioned to handle the customer’s requirement with its sophisticated warehouse management system and warehouse space of 182,550 square feet, with more than 10 vehicle fleet and over 200 supporting staff.

Apart from handling huge but complicated orders, streamlining delivery efficiency is of utmost importance to FANCL Shanghai in keeping speed to market for its products.  Crown Logistics has developed a tailor-made IT system for FANCL called Digital Allocation System (DAS) which speeded up the entire pick and pack process.  This system has been used for over 10 years and has proven to be a perfect solution for FANCL’S huge quantities but less SKU’s business model. 

Moreover, as a long-standing business partner to FANCL, Crown Logistics has developed an online ordering system to automatically generate the daily orders from FANCL’s website. The online order system with a seamless operation process can shorten lead times to be within a day.
