Crown Worldwide Group wins Manpower Developer Award

It shows Crown’s continuing commitment to leading a learning culture that truly equips our managers and employees with the rights skills.
Michael Wan, Director of Moving Services of China and Hong Kong accepted the award from William Leung Wing-cheung, SBS, JP, Chairman of the Employees Retaining Board. 

Crown Worldwide Group has been awarded the Employees Retraining Board’s (ERB) Manpower Developer award, recognizing the outstanding training and development offered to employees. The award ceremony took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on May 4, 2018.
The award, which was accepted by Michael Wan, Director of Moving Services of China and Hong Kong, was assessed by Hong Kong Productivity Council who congratulated Crown Worldwide Group for, “engaging their stakeholders to foster successful relationships with their employees.” 

Crown Worldwide Group Managing Director of Greater China, Billy Wong, said: “We are so pleased to have been awarded the Manpower Developer recognition. The ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme is the first accreditation system to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organizations in Hong Kong. The scheme aims to promote and cultivate a corporate culture focusing on manpower training and development. Organizations that fulfill the assessment criteria are acknowledged as Manpower Developers (MDs) from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020, subject to renewal every two years.
