He began his career at Circle International, a leading air freight company in the United States. He began as an Operations Clerk and was soon promoted to Operations Manager. From there, Analdo held a variety of senior management positions in large size Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs). NVOCCs book space on steamships in large quantities at lower rates. They sell units to small shippers, consolidate the shipments into full container loads and pass competitive rates on to the smaller shippers.
