CILT Award 2009 - Customer Services Excellence


Congratulations to Crown Logistics for winning the Enterprise Award and Peak Tramways Company Limited for winning the SME Award of the CILT Award 2009 organised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK). The CILT Award was created in 2004 to recognise organisations that can demonstrate achievement in logistics and transport management with an aim to foster excellence in respective areas of practice.

CILT Award 2009 - Customer Services Excellence

After a keen competition among various quality entries, the members of the judging panel of the CILT Award 2009 – Customer Services Excellence (Dr. Stephen Ho of CILTHK, Mr. Sunny Ho of CILTHK, Mr. Eric Ip of HIT, Prof. Leung Chi-keung and Mr. Anthony Wong of Hactl) were impressed with both winners’ commitment to investment, establishing clear and measurable performance standards to assess the performance and showing high levels of customer care.

The Awards will be presented by Ms. Eva Cheng, Secretary for Transport and Housing, at the CILTHK Gala Dinner on 25 June 2010. Moreover, to honour the outstanding achievements of Crown Logistics and Peak Tramways, a series of activities like award seminar and visit to the winning companies, are being scheduled in the following months.
